Co-Founder | Master Herbalist
Earth & Bloom began with Sandra.
A lifelong gardener, steward of land, and natural caretaker, Sandra brings decades of lived experience, curiosity, and joy into everything she touches. She is the heart of Earth & Bloom — the person you’ll most often find chatting with visitors, swapping stories, and sharing what she’s learned through years of tending plants, people, and place.
Originally trained as a certified Master Gardener, Sandra’s work has naturally evolved into a permaculture-based approach rooted in traditional methods and deep respect for nature’s rhythms. Her practice centers on working with the land rather than managing it, ensuring that the ecosystem gives back more than it takes. Earth & Bloom’s land will be organically managed through permaculture principles, with a commitment to returning at least 25% back to nature as living, regenerative space.
As Co-Founder and CEO, Sandra serves as the elder and anchor of Earth & Bloom — grounding the work in warmth, generosity, and real-world practice. Her presence sets the tone: welcoming, open, and deeply human.
Co-Founder | Botanical Alchemist
Elle bridges tradition and structure.
With more than 20 years of study in natural medicine and herbology, Elle brings a systems-oriented perspective to Earth & Bloom — one that honors ancestral knowledge while ensuring thoughtful formulation, intentional processes, and ethical stewardship from soil to finished product.
Her work focuses on understanding how plants, environments, and people interact as living systems. Rather than isolating ingredients or chasing trends, Elle approaches formulation through relationship: how traditional botanicals have been used together historically, how they are cultivated responsibly, and how modern practices can support consistency and integrity without losing the soul of the work.
Education is a lifelong commitment for Elle. She and Sandra are actively deepening their formal studies in permaculture design and teaching, not as a departure from tradition, but as a way to strengthen it — ensuring that Earth & Bloom’s methods, formulas, and land practices reflect both time-tested wisdom and responsible modern standards.
As Co-Founder, Elle serves as teacher, designer, and guide — translating knowledge into offerings that are thoughtful, transparent, and rooted in care.
Earth & Bloom is intentionally designed as a warm, welcoming space — a place to learn, grow, and reconnect with the natural world without intimidation or ego. Everything created here is grounded in traditional botanical knowledge, grown and crafted with respect, and guided by the known properties of plants working in harmony.
This is not about promises or prescriptions.
It is about stewardship, education, and trust — and letting the plants speak for themselves.

Earth & Bloom is a living project rooted in land, lineage, and care.
Created by a mother–daughter team, Earth & Bloom brings traditional botanical knowledge, intentional cultivation, and community learning together in a natural, welcoming way. Everything here is guided by long-standing plant wisdom, thoughtful stewardship, and deep respect for the relationships between soil, plants, people, and place.
Our land is being designed and tended using permaculture principles, with organic practices at its foundation. At least 25% of the space is dedicated to regenerative ecosystem — allowing nature to replenish itself, strengthen biodiversity, and remain an active partner in the work we do.
Learning is central to Earth & Bloom. We believe knowledge grows best when it is shared openly and practiced with care. Through continued study in permaculture and herbology, hands-on experience, and everyday conversation, we are committed to deepening our understanding and refining our methods season by season.
Earth & Bloom is shaped by patience, reciprocity, and intention. What we grow and create reflects a steady relationship with the land and an equally steady commitment to those who come here to learn, connect, and grow alongside us.

Earth & Bloom exists to cultivate connection — between people and plants, knowledge and practice, land and community.
Our mission is to steward the land with care, honor traditional botanical wisdom, and share what we learn in ways that are accessible, welcoming, and grounded in respect. Everything we do is guided by the understanding that nature thrives through relationship, balance, and time — and so do people.
We are committed to growing and crafting botanicals through organic, permaculture-based practices that nurture the ecosystem as a whole. Our work reflects patience, attentiveness, and responsibility, ensuring that what is offered carries the integrity of how it was grown, gathered, and combined.
Earth & Bloom is also a place of learning. Through continued study, hands-on practice, and open conversation, we deepen our understanding of plants and land so that our methods, formulas, and teachings remain thoughtful, informed, and rooted in care.
Above all, Earth & Bloom is shaped by warmth and inclusion — a space where curiosity is welcomed, knowledge is shared generously, and growth happens naturally, season by season.

Our practices are shaped by relationship — with the land, the plants, and the seasons that guide our work.
We grow and tend our botanicals using organic, permaculture-based methods that honor natural cycles and support the ecosystem as a whole. Planting, harvesting, and cultivation decisions are made with attention to soil health, biodiversity, and long-term vitality, allowing the land to remain active, resilient, and expressive of its place.
Our approach to botanicals is rooted in traditional knowledge. Plants are grown, gathered, and combined with care for how they have historically worked together, guided by their known properties and the environments in which they thrive. Formulation is thoughtful and intentional, emphasizing harmony, balance, and respect for the plants themselves.
Every step — from soil preparation to finished offering — reflects patience, stewardship, and responsibility. These practices are not rushed. They are shaped over time, refined through observation, and grounded in trust built between land and hands.

Earth & Bloom is a place where learning unfolds naturally.
We believe knowledge grows best when it is shared openly, practiced thoughtfully, and grounded in lived experience. Learning here happens through conversation, observation, hands-on work, and the quiet exchange of stories passed between generations.
As we continue to deepen our studies in permaculture design and herbology, education remains central to how Earth & Bloom evolves. This commitment ensures that our methods, land practices, and botanical offerings reflect care, clarity, and ongoing refinement.
Community is an extension of that learning. Earth & Bloom welcomes curiosity, encourages connection, and creates space for people to engage with plants, land, and each other in meaningful ways. Whether through shared work, informal teaching, or simple presence, growth here is collective and relational.

Earth & Bloom is shaped season by season.
What we cultivate extends beyond plants alone. We are nurturing healthy land, deepened understanding, and a steady rhythm of care that informs everything we grow and create. Each season offers insight — guiding what is planted, what is gathered, and what is prepared for the next cycle.
Our botanical offerings will emerge gradually, guided by readiness, quality, and respect for process. As the land matures and our practices deepen, Earth & Bloom will continue to unfold in ways that remain aligned with stewardship, tradition, and thoughtful craft.
This is a long view. One rooted in patience, presence, and trust in the natural pace of growth.
